Brilliant service today. I contacted them about moving a sofa, bed frame and mattress and they managed to come out within two hours, which was amazing. They were really professional, friendly and handled everything with care. The whole process was quick, easy and completely stress-free. Absolutely spot on. Terry and Craig arrived when they said they would, and took so much care getting the furniture out of the house and into their van. Same at the other end, all placed where our friend requested. Worked so hard... the bedroom furniture, 3 piece suite, fridge freezer and assorted other bits had to go up to a second floor flat. I recently used Terry Man with a Van Liverpool and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived exactly on time, worked incredibly hard all day, and handled some pretty tricky logistical issues without any fuss at all. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, polite, and professional throughout – which really helps on what can be a very stressful day. They even threw in some surprisingly good interior design advice 🤣 which was a brilliant bonus! The whole move was smooth, efficient, and far less stressful than I expected. Absolutely unbelievable service, if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Cannot thank these guys enough for taking almost every ounce of stress out of moving and making it a thoroughly pleasant experience. Both Terry and Craig went out of their way to ensure everything was moved carefully and in such a way I was happy with, and even took the time to plumb in the washing machine and take a look at a leak.
